Cardboard top

Back in 2011 I decided to do Castle Crasher costumes for my kids and it turned out pretty well. Here are some progress pictures.

More bondo has been done and here I have cut and placed a cardboard piece for the top. I think I hot glued it at first and then used spray foam to give it some strength and a way to fit the helmet to my kids heads. The foam worked as a way to fit it to their head but it wasn't great and looks horrible when you show someone the inside but I'm still unsure of a better way to do it.
